It depends on what outputs your computer has and what inputs your TV has.
A modern HD or HD-ready tv may have a digital input and the best cable would be DVI-HDMI cable - if your computer has DVI output. It might have an RGB input compatible with a VGA output in which case you probably ought use that. If you TV has only an NTSC input, you need an NTSC output on your computer's video. Your card and TV might both support s-video.
I'm afraid your question does not have a simple answer.
