Correct your child's talking habits when he is young. As the child progress in life, he will get stuck to the way he had been talking in the past few years.

I wouldn't correct every mistake, only frequently repeated ones, as too much criticism will undermine the childs confidence. I agree with Doraemon too it does need to be done when they are very young before it becomes a bad habit.
