Did you buy a legal copy of windows? If not then your screwed. And even if you do manage to find a key from online, you can't use windows updates or download anything that involves verification.

SP2 requires no key of it's own, so I can only assume that you have a bootleg XP. Otherwise you would know your key already. Now, if you are running XP already but lost your code, there are ways to retrieve your code which you should record somewhere. I have mine on the case for my XP install CD.
