You can't force a boy to stop liking you, but you CAN help him realize that it's not going to work. All you can really do is confront him and tell him that you don't like him in that way and that you want him to stop picking on you. If you're 100% certain that he really does like you, you could always tell him that if he liked you enough, he'll stop picking on you. If that doesn't work, prove to him that you're not his type or show him that there are other girls that are better for him than you are. Hope this helps.

you can't! He has to decide to do this on his own. If you ignore him long enough (negative attention is still attention), he will leave you alone.

A boy that likes you is picking on you. I've got to say you avoid and ignore him. This really sounds like a grade school thing. If not, get a restraining order.
