it won't make a difference. I hardly ever sleep. I know I'm terrible. but i can't help it really. I'm an insomniac I think. And sleeping pills are out of the question as my doctor says i have to dedicate 12 hours of my time to sleeping. unfortunately i dont' have that kind of time
-
why?

Well since not everyone lives where you do. We had our time change a while ago. I am still getting used to it and it has almost been a month!
-
I have never had a problem adjusting to an hour difference in the time. I have never had a set time to wake up or go to sleep.
-
Any time I don't get as much sleep as I need, I turn into a total witch!
-
Well i will go to bed a hour earlier to make up the hours sleep lol.

Peter, this year the Americans actually began their Daylight Saving Time a few weeks before the beginning of British Summer Time. We don't do this in the Tropics because we don't have seasons the way the rest of the world does. However... When I lived where they have Daylight Saving Time, I would usually try to go to bed an hour later, if I could. Consequently, I would go to bed an hour later on the night that Standard Time began.

Ha ha! I'm sure I'll survive. :P
-
I often go 3 days in between sleeps, so losing an hour is no big deal :)
-
is it possible to have negative hours?
-
haha. We finished daylight saving last night, so I gained an extra hours sleep. :D
