  • Your time zone is probably set wrong. Edit: double-click on your clock to bring up the screen where you change the time, and click on the Time Zone tab. If you live in an area that doesn't do Daylight Saving, uncheck the box that says "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes"
  • Sounds like you can lay some more blame on George Bush. He's the one that proposed the daylight savings time change date to be advanced by a month or so. There actually is a patch from microsoft for this for XP versions purchased a year or more ago. If you had your windows update enabled, it would have downloaded itself but it can be gotten here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=66F1420C-DF2D-400B-A8A9-EF9061A9A3CA&displaylang=en
