I don't know, and I'm not a big fan. But the question hints at the common fallacy that switching positions is a sign of weakness or lack of commitment by a politician. This isn't necessarily so -- there are many perfectly good reasons to switch positions on an issue, and a politician who fails to do so when those reasons become apparent is guilty of negligence, rigidity, or some other serious mistake. There's nothing honorable about the candidate to poses with "I'm the person who knows everything and has all the answers, and my positions will never change". Such a candidate might as well be a computer program. The best public servants are those who have a broad wisdom, deep character, keen interest, and sharp intelligence -- and an appropriate level of flexibility to adapt in a constantly changing world where complex issues are the norm.
