Yes, very much so. I move aside if there is not room for my car and another vehicle to safely pass on narrow city side streets, I watch for merging traffic on the interstate, and get out of the way. I am one of few courteous drivers in my area, it seems, but I'm not going to change my good habits because of others' bad ones.

Yes, as much as possible. In some situations, or particular cities, it's almost imperative to switch modes to be a little more aggressive or less curteous, but it's mostly in the interest of self-preservation.

Yes, I am very courteous to other drivers, like letting them cross traffic in front of me and so forth. but there are the time when i am putting on my makeup and on the phone.. Oops
