• A 5ft person should weight 100lbs. For every inch above this add 5lbs. So in your case that would be 140lbs (10 st). Now measure your wrist. If its less than 6", your a small frame and can deduct 10%. If its around the 6" mark then leave the figure as is. If its bigger than 6", add 10%. So you should either be 126lbs, 140lbs or 154lbs (so thats either 9, 10 or 11 stone depending on your wrist measurement...
