try a drop of bleach in some warm water - should do the job

Dishy has a good idea. I fear, however, damage was done to the paint and the wall may need a touch up. If there is some of the original paint left it can be used for touch up. Worst case, you may have to repaint the wall.

If you have Fantastic, use that, it works great.

I would use a little Spic-N-Span in lukewarm water.

try a grainy cleaner, we have jiff here, Im not sure what you would call your grainy cleaners, they are great for getting marks off walls,
