Help answer this question below.

I married someone over 6 years ago, but we've been separated since and never lived together. I don't know where she is. I am German and live in Germany. Am I eligible for annulment, and if not how do I get a divorce?

    Did you consemate(sex)the marriage? if so, you will have to file for a divorce, not an annulment. if you are living in germany and here location is unknown, then why bother?

    One point of interest: sometime in your future, your wife could resurface and demand half of all your assets.

    You'll have to seek the professional legal advice of an attorney.

    Legally no one can provide legal counsel without being licensed.

    However, I would recommend trying to find her because you can't get an annulment without knowing her residence.
