    Homosexually assaulted.

    Mugged in Central Park (NYC). I only had a couple of subway tokens (no money, no credit cards).

    Yes I have an a--hole co-worker of mine at a pizza place was acting like a professinal wrestler and doing all these wrestling moves on me. I took a screwdriver in one hand and a phone in the other and told him I would hit him in the head with the phone. Before I knew it I was shoved out of the window at a pizza place then the a--hole owner wanted me to pay $500 for it but I told him he would hear from my lawyer if he tried to get me to pay for it. Also I was wondering is what my co-worker did to me considered Aggraveted Battery or just simple battery. I
