  • I had min out under general aneasthetic, so no it didn't hurt at all.
  • I dont want to scare you but yes... Because they are deeper and further back in your mouth. They numb it all well, so if you just close your eyes and really take it easy you can heal fairly quickly... (Trust me, ive had 8 teeth removed and counting- from overcrowding...)
  • I had one of my wisdom teeth pulled a few months ago. He did it while I was awake too. He numbed me up good. It wasn't too bad. It was the sounds that scared me the most. Really...it's not that bad...even the day after. Well...I can take physical pain well if that plays a factor in it :)
  • They'll probably put you out. (wow...that didn't come out right! Most likely, you'll have general anesthetic). I had 12 teeth pulled out way back in grade school so there would be more space in my mouth...The pain only comes AFTER. :)
  • Absolutely!!! Depending upon how impacted they are they might have to cut the gums and chisel some jaw bone before removal. Good Luck
  • Not if you are properly numbed up before they extract them. The ones that were most painful were my wisdom teeth. They were ALL impacted, and I had to be put under so they could be cut out. I did have pills for the pain, but because they were so badly impacted, I was pretty swollen and bruised afterwards.
  • hi..i just had my molar pulled...that was impacted so i got knocked out...well actually the roots notm y tooth but w.e..see they had done half a root canal and never finished it..my tooth started chippin away.when they finally realized they need to pull it out, they gave me a butterfly needle(smaller than a vaccine needle)when i woke up, i felt nothing..but i can barely open my mouth because its second last molar in the back..your not suppose to eat anything hard either..or drink through a straw :S now when i lookd in the mirror this morning i noticed my tongue hurt and it was then i realized that not only had they cut open my gum, they had cut open the side on my tongue.i can tell by the white stitches they used on my gum..anyways if any pain you DO seem to have, take a tylenol and get some rest..thats the best advice im giving you cuz its the only advice given to myself :)
