  • be harsh please just flat tell her she can't be doing that.
  • Do sound harsh. Shake her, yell at her. Tell her she's a stupid bitch. Some things deserve harsh and this is one of them.
  • If you are harsh, she'll most likely listen! When she hears how serious you are... she will really think about what she's doing.
  • I think all you can do is tell her that this is a habit that makes you really uncomfortable and worries you seriously. Tell her how dangerous it is. Ever seen Mythbusters? They did a test on there one time where they showed that driving while TALKING on the phone can actually impede your driving more than being drunk!! Can you imagine how much worse it is for TEXTING?!! Soooooo not safe. Yelling at her would be unwise, it will just piss her off...but be honest about your fears. It's bad enough riding around in a big metal death-machine when it has the driver's full attention, just let her know that you fear for her safety and go from there. I doubt you'll be able to stop her from doing it altogether, but at least let her know how you feel...maybe you'll be one less person she drive-texts.
  • Sometimes you gotta be cruel to be kind...BE HARSH thats the only way
  • I concur with the existing responses!! Harsh or not, make her stop. If she won't, don't ride with her. Does she think you're both immortal?
  • tell her to go see 7 pounds with will smith. Thatl get her mind right.
  • "Did you know that several states have banned texting while driving, due to the statistics that show you are much more likely to be killed or seriously injured when doing both at the same time?" Or, don't pull any punches. Be harsh. It could save her life.
  • ask her if she would like to live with killing somebody on her conscience or causing an accident, bye bye driving license and possible her own life
  • say 'I'm not joking... your seriously worrying me, please put your mobile down'
  • Tell her she is being irresponsible, and irresponsible people should be lobotomized acc to the general public.
