Lots of foreplay. IN the past 6 years I have been with women from 40 to 60 and if properly stimulated, they didn't need lube for intercourse. But..... some women can't lubricate even with good stim. And if you are doing manual stimulation, then even with saliva and her natural lub, it isn't enough ussually and then something like astroglide works well. They ussually contain propylene glycol and glycerin, both of which are edible, a bit sweet, but ok.
