  • I have an elliptical trainer that I use a few times a week. I prefer to work in the yard or go for walks to exercise though. I also do tai chi once a week.
  • Aside from sex, I regular enjoy cardio activities. I especially like running/jogging outside in the spring or fall or on a cool summer day.
  • I have a professional grade treadmill and on a day off, I can get on that thing and walk for miles...or as I like to say, I can walk a Law and Order Marathon!
  • I love Weight lifting! I would put it first place as my favorite, but truly I love ALL Exercise I enjoy walking and jogging sometimes, and using a indoor exercise bike a lot!Exercise 4 LIFE! I also think weight lifting would be my first because it does the most to change my overall appearance and I love looking healthy and fit nothing makes an impression like a solid and healthy body.Takes a lot of work to build a strong body and that takes Motivation/dedication.
  • Laying on the couch doing finger crunches with the remote
