I do but I can't help you in any kind of way to kill yourself when sometimes I want to do the same to myself. Go talk to a close friend and they will help you, but not to write a letter no matter its contents.

No suicide note will ever absolve or erase those feelings from the minds and hearts of the survivors. If you have the courage to kill yourself then you must understand the wreckage you leave behind. You must take responsibility for your suicide act and what it does to those you leave behind. If you can still do that then you write whatever note you want because it will not absolve anyone of the impact of your death.
