Yes, several times. Then they get out of their car and check me out (license and registration, routine stuff), but there's not a damn thing that can do about it. It's not against the law.

Yep. I always honk when they speed without their lights being on, change lanes without signaling, etc. I let them have it. I will also often get the car number and call their office to report them.

I don't honk, but I do flip the bird at them occasionally.

Yes last week one cut me up for no reason other than to get in front of me getting away from traffic lights, he wasn't on an emergency call. I don't think he and his partner liked it though I could see them constantly looking at me in their rear view mirror. If they drive badly, which they often do, we should let them know, they sure will pull us over quickly enough if we do something wrong.

No, but i almost hit one before when i couldn't see out of the rent a car and it was foggy and the gass petal was fast.
