  • I think some people find it hard to forgive because they have problems trusting. I have a friend (he's one of my best friends) that has this terrible problem of holding grudges! Many times in his life he has been betrayed by people close to him, so when he's hurt now, he doesn't forgive as easily. I talk to him and tell him that forgiving is the only to really get through this life. He's gotten much better because he sees how easily I forgive (which sometimes is TOO easy if you know what I mean) and how well I keep relationship by doing so. I hope this helps you. <3 Meggie
