  • http://www.wdxcyber.com/kegel.htm I think you're reffering to Kegel's exercises. These were invented by a DOCTOR Kegel (sorry I tried to find out some more about him but drew a blank) They are exercises primarily intended as a way to reduce incontinence in women during the later years (its recommended that they are started during the teens or twenties for best results) but have the side effect of increasing vaginal muscle tone and thus increasing sexual pleasure for both partners. The exercise itself is pretty simple- you can find the muscle you need to use by next time you go for a pee, purposesly stop mid-flow- the muscle you contract is the one you need to exercise (although the excercises shouldn't be carried out habitually during urination) Kegel suggests spending five minutes a day contracting, holding (for a few seconds), and releasing the muscles. As you get stronger you can increase the length of time you hold the contraction. Th good thing is you can do this in your chair at work or on the train and no-one will ever know. Don't recommend it whilst driving though (concentrate on the road!) After a few months (provided you're disciplined about it) you should be able to land a job in a bar in Thailand, should you wish. Plus look forward to a middle age where you don't wet yourself watching Absolutely Fabulous repeats.
  • Every woman should know this... It is an vaginal exercise that is mainly taught in Lamaze (childbirth)classes, but is good for every woman as it enhances sexual pleasures for both persons... Tighten and relax for the count of 10 (each) as if you are urinating. Repeat 20 times. Do this once a day... your husband will love you more...
