Is there any way to tell if your baby is a boy or a girl at 11 weeks?

You would have to do genetic testing to find out the sex at that early stage.

No - I had an ultrasound at 12 weeks and the tech got a GREAT shot of in between the legs and she said that boys and girls look fairly identical at that stage. However, I do know of a girl whose ultrasound tech gave her a 75% chance of having a boy at 14 weeks and she was right!
