The end of the first installment, I enjoyed it. They went downhill from there.

Part 1 where he's in the car with his mother before the "Enchantment under the sea" dance and she starts smoking the look on his face is so funny.

Hard to say, there are so many moments to enjoy for a variety of reasons. I liked the bit where Doc wakes up at the beginning of part 3 and is dictating his notes. He turns around, sees Marty, and flips out. He leans against the organ, and it plays those ominous chords like in a horror movie. I also like a lot of the small details, like how the Twin Pines Mall turns into the Lone Pine Mall after Marty runs over one of the trees. And Clayton Ravine becomes Eastwood Ravine at the end of pt 3. "I apologize for the crudity of this model; it's not to scale." Doc Brown has to be one of my favourite characters ever. He's so earnest and enthusiastic about everything, even in the face of repeated failures. He says everything with unassailable confidence, and he never seems perturbed when he's proved to be wrong about something.

The skateboarding scene from part one, and the similiar scene in part two where they refuse return of the board after the chase. Of course, the Cubs winning the world series was nice to see, even if it was just fantasy.
