it upsets me when the toilet paper is on at all...i prefer the toilet paper roll to be sitting freely on the counter so i can pick it up and unravel as i choose...and no, all you fascist women out there, its not because im too stupid or lazy to put a new roll on the damn thing, its because i like it better off! deal with it!
and another thing...if men are expected to always put the seat down then women should start putting the seat up to be polite to the next MAN that enters the bathroom...the king is taking bathrooms back folks! the revolution is here!

You need to read the book of "100 ways over the Top with 101 under the Bottom" there are several good reasons for both ... one for under the bottom is the cat owner.... a cat will paw an over the top till it runs out..... I say this for many consider over the top to be RIGHT ... but does it bother me.... I like you .. preffer it just be there......

I wouldn't say that it annoys me but I am definitely an over kind of girl. My husband is an under kind of guy. When he changes the roll he puts it on his way. I simply change it whenever I notice it - he is not concerned enough about it to ever notice that I changed it and I am not concerned enough about it to bring it up as an issue with him because I know it is simply a quirk of mine.

Usually it doesn't.
I prefer it so that the paper unrolls from the top towards me.
If it isn't mounted that way I almost always have enough time to remount it the other way.

I would actually like to adjust my answer a little bit. I can't really knock people for being OCD. I believe everyone on earth is to some extent. My mom always made fun of me cos whenever I eat Skittles or M&M's or Gummi Bears I always have to have more green ones than red ones and I never eat the yellow ones at all. I agree with andy it must be over not under ,my sister is left handed and if the toilet roll happens to run out when shes using the toilet she puts the fresh one on under not over ,and its hard for me to get it off the holder to put it the right way,it dose my head right in.
