NJ politicians are so corrupt they make the jersey devil look like a saint. They lie and steal.The former governor was an adulterer who cheated on his wife to have sex with men in the highways rest area restrooms. The state of NJ had to close for about a week because the state government is broke and that is with having some of the highest property taxes in the country. And all the income from the casinos that the state had to have so they could keep our property taxes lower (all lies). And with all that money they are still broke and are raising the sales tax.

There is corruption and evilness everywhere. We are just the only ones who admit to it and don't give a shit about what other people think.

Because people want to poke fun at our state, and we actually have a sense of humor, so we don't try to fight it, but instead, play it up. That's why we have "Weird NJ", why so many movies/TV shows are filmed here, why so many famous people come from NJ... we rock!

Because I was born there ;-) I don't know, Sinatra was born there, Springsteen, Bon Jovi, Thomas Edison, Abbott & Costello, James Fenimore Cooper, Jerry Lewis, Norman Mailer, Jack Nicholson, Paul Robeson, Kevin Spacey, Norman Schwarzkopf, Meryl Streep, Dionne Warwick and many more. The devil thing is just a fun myth.
