  • should be a separate fuse as well as a separate bulb I check the fuse first, because it is easiest and it should be labeled on the panel box. some vehicle's lights are linked if it isn't the fuse I would change out both bulbs . the only other thing it could be is a wiring problem either one shorted out or needs the ground cleaned off if became rusted or corroded.

  • The problem is the tail light wire in the connector is corroded. The fix is: On the driver side under the tail light by the frame you will find the wiring connector. There is a brown wire there. It is the tail light wire. Pull it out and clean it up and put it back in. If it doesn't work you will have to put a new wire in from the brown wire you pulled out to the brown wire at the tail light on the driver side. You tail lights should work then.
