Do you think pigeons can be kept as pets? suggestions?

yes and many have did just that. they can be trained to deliver messages (aka) messenger pigeons

They can be kept. Trained tricks, raced, etc. But they are birds and consequently can be messy.

Yes. I knew a guy who had cages of pigeons in his backyard that were his pets. He was very attached to them, and he entered them in contests. I think it was unfair to the pigeons though.
