After I roll grudgingly out of bed, I realize I have the house to myself all day until the weekend. That is enough to inspire me on Monday mornings.

I walk into the office, and yell out "OK PEOPLE, LETS DO SOME WORK!!!" And jump into my chair, spin round, turn the monitors on, headphones in, and thats that. (I dont think my workmates like me much for doing this, but screw them.. I'm not sitting there all bleary eyed like they are. They drink all this coffee to help wake themselves up, but to hell with coffee, you just need to harden up & get to it.)

When I was in the Army we had a saying: EVERYDAY IS MONDAY. Since we sometimes worked on Saturday and Sunday, and our weekend became Tuesday and Wednesday, we discovered that any day CAN become Monday. I learned to be totally uninspired any day of the week.

By thinking that it's the start of a 'new' week, and thinking about the things that might happen, during the 'week.'
