Steinman was wonderful with his lyrics that tended to show both sides of the coin in the same song, huh? Meat's singing that to the girl, then tells her that he had it done to him. Agree? Well... I prefer all three. I did have a situation like that myself before my wife. I could honestly say I loved her, but something was missing, and I couldn't fall IN love with her. We'd NEVER marry, but for that time, it was what both of us needed. I just hate that I found someone before she did.
