Is it okay my parakeet's poo is really wet, it sticks to her bum and she sometimes gets some on her legs, does this mean she is sick, my mom thinks i should return her and get my money back or get a new one, what do you think?

She may be sick, or it may be stress or a change of food, You could take her to a vet, they can help, or yep you could take her back, but that seams a shame, she is a living creature that needs help and care, not a faulty toy.

Your bird has diarrhea. It needs to be at the vets or give it back and get another one. But either way, it needs help quickly as such a little bird can't have diarrhea for long and can get seriously dehydrated.
