    I wish I knew! I guess the only difference is frequent use in the terms. I think R&B is used more often than Urban pop... or maybe Urban pop is more like Justin Timberlake or Jamiroquai(-my favorite band), when R&B is Robin Thicke or Kem... Hope that helps.^_^;
