  • It honestly depends on what you eat, how much you eat, if you are burning calories... the basic rule is eat less more often, so if you are only eating about 300 calories during 5 meals a day, you will eventually boost your metabolism because your body gets used to burning calories five times a day. another thing about diets are that diets aren't supposed to be a once in a while thing, they are supposed to be a change in life style...
