When I upload my videos to youtube they are always blurry. I use iMovie to edit my videos, then convert it to quicktime, this is when they lose their quailty. Is there another way to be able to convert to a youtube friendly format? Or a better software?

When you upload a movie to YouTube it is converted from whatever resolution you used to a flash movie of 320x240 resolution. So, when you make your movie with iMovie set the output resolution to 320x240, This will cause the loss of resolution to happen on your end and the difference won't be as bad. Then when you upload, YouTube won't touch the encoding. There will still be a loss of quality when they convert from quicktime to flash but it won't be as great as before. Hope this helps.
