  • This would depend on what state you are in, but, for the most part - no. If the company you are working for only deals in rentals, there is no licensing to deal with. If they deal in low income housing or subsidized housing, you may have to take a couple of continuing education courses (simple and easy).
  • In many states, yes. You may answer the phone but not give any information about properties. You may not show properties or discuss details of properties unless you are a licensed real estate agent.
