The point of your assignment is that you go to the library and find the information. That's research. Simply asking other people what they know is not. If you go find 3 books about Ms. McCullers and cite them in your paper, your teacher will be ecstatic. You don't have to read the books all the way through. Look at the table of contents and pick out some chapters that look interesting. Get a few interesting quotes and then write your paper.
