It depends on what you are asking specifically. What body part you are asking might hurt. Also, it depends much more on what kind of sex you are having. To give an example, normal sex in missionary style does not hurt a man's penis, but it might hurt his abdominal muscles if he is not athletic. At the same time, unlubricated anal intercourse would almost surely hurt...alot. Maybe for both parties because of the type of friction. It all depends.
