Why is clothing for females in various size levels (Juniors, Misses, Womens), yet male's clothes are in measurements?

The clothing companies just want to make shopping harder for women. The size women's clothing says it is doesn't tell you what size the garment actually is because in each size level the clothes are sized very differently. Since women spend more time shopping anyway, the clothing companies make their sizes where it takes women longer to find clothes the right size when they go shopping. Since men generally don't want to spend a long time shopping, the clothes companies had to make it as easy as possible for men so that they would take the time to buy new clothes.
