  • No, I would say its your hormones still being jolted around. I had the same problem with implanon. I also gained weight when I went off the pill. But if you notice yourself gaining weight too rapidly, or developing acne or facial hair see the doc as you might have polycystic ovarian syndrome. Also, as a side note... could you be pregnant? (although i see it was posted july... maybe not now.. lol!)
  • Don't blame yourself. Your body clearly reacted to the hormones. You did not say how long it took to put on the weight and how long you've had the implant out. If it took some time to put on the weight, I would give myself time to lose it. You should do some research on how to flush your body from the artificial hormones. Maybe try some herbal cleanses, then exercise and moderate your food. If you are taking no artificial hormones now, your body should eventually go back to normal, but it will take work on your part.
