It is hard to say which of the great players you mention in your question is the one that would be the hardest to replace (maybe Jason Kidd is slightly less good, but that depends on the day I think). You could add Dwight Howard (he is still young and will improve his understanding of the game). Chris Paul and Kevin Durant are great young players, too.
