No. They're making judgments of you based on your writing skill, which includes your ability to structure and punctuate adequately. So, even though it doesn't really affect you directly, why would you want people to have an incorrect idea of your ability?

No. I think you need to show logical thinking. Have a beginning, middle and end with results or future action. This is probably more important than content.
