go and get some pic's of you and have them mounted in a nice frame ... or get her a locket with your pic inside it ...or just a big hug and tell her how much she means to you ...:):)

Think of the things you might like to have that aren't age specific, like slippers, gloves, coffee mug, music box. That's the kind of thing I like. My Son and DIL got me a stuffed dog that looked like my dog that died last year, and I really love it.

if you have money to spend, get a spa day for her and yourself .. that way you guys can "bond" .. and you get to enjoy it too :) .. thats what i did for my mama this year .. she loved it

A lovely boquet of flowers wouldnt go wrong (unless she doesnt like flowers) and why not cook dinner for her and give her the night off!!

Going with pic's of yourself but Create multiple photo's of times together home and away and get a medium size poster printed and put it in a simple frame. you can do this on most photo editing software like Paint!
