Is it possible to marry your first g/f or b/f? if you're happy together, why do people say you need to explore?

Yes it is possible. I know three adults who meet their high school sweethearts and married them and are happily married. People that say you need to explore are just weary people that have been hurt and can't even comprehend that the 1st person can be it forever. Or maybe they can't imagine only "sleeping" with that one person forever. Take a chance.

Anonymous...... great question and I hope I can help. You can love, marry and be happy with your first love. I did. I met him when I was 12, I married him when I was 15. We were together for about 10 years and then we grew up and realized we were not the same people we were at such a young age. So there isn't anything stopping you..... just hope you two feel the same when you are adults.

Of course it is. There are PLENTY of examples (I can't think of any right now) of people on game shows who've done it. I know many people from my high school who did. The people who say you need to explore are explorers themselves. Either they had a BF/GF and it didn't work out, or they just like "sleeping around". If you feel it, go for it. (No guarantees, but then, ALL people marry with no guarantees... Some make it, and some don't. I hope you are in the group that does.) ;-)
