  • havnt tried yet, but Ill prolly get bored and quit in like a month.
  • never started
  • Many Many Many. It took me to go cold turkey to quit. I do have one every now and then when I am an emotional wreck...but that's very seldom.
  • 3 times. The physical craving quiets down long before the emotional addiction. As I got older I thought of all the things that could/would eventially go wrong with my body/health. Very depressing. I knew I couldn't control the onset of many diseases/illnesses that are genetic or you are predisposed for. But I could to take control of one of the factors that could kill me-smoking. I have been smoke free since January of 1995, and while I still occasionally crave a cigarette, I know if I started again, I would probably never stop. I think I made the right decision. Good luck to you if you are trying to quit. You can do it.
  • Twice - the first time I quit for two weeks out of the blue and this time around it's been more than a year.
  • couple of times, stoped for a month then started again like a fool.
  • I had tried off and one for several years but was never successful. My husband and I both tried hypnotherapy but and pills and will power but it didn't work. Then he had a heart attack and stopped instantly - I used nicotine patchs and made it through the first week with no problems, then I stopped using the patches and I have never looked back.
