What is the best kind of hot sauce: mild, medium or hot/spicy?

I am a mild guy. I want the heat to sit and simmer and never overwhelm my senses.

Typically, I like spicy but nothing beats Taco Bell's mild sauce!

the hotter the better as long as it has taste. Just hot with no taste is no good. I do draw the line however with habineros I blistered my mouth with them once. By the way if you ever do blister your mouth and can't stop the burning don't use water! make it worse! Use milk. rub it on your lips or swish it in your mouth it will immediatly stop the burning.

The hotter the better....I keep several different kinds of hot sauce...Always depends on my mood on what kind I use.
