A lot of cardio exercises and core workouts. Sit-ups, leg lifts, running, riding a bike, etc.

you need to produce a circuit, this works your whole body however you can focus it on a certain area. For example, set up your back garden or somewhere large enough to do 5 or 6 exercises. 1) Sit ups 2) Press ups 3) Dorsal Raise 4) Bicep Curls 5) Tricep Dips 6) Toe Taps. This would work your entire body quite evenly; the situps on your stomach, the pressups on your shoulders, the dorsal raise on your lower back, Bicep and tricep exercises on your arms and toe taps on your legs and cardiovascular (heart) areas. You should repeat this a few times to get maximum benefit, all being maximum effort. So 1st run being as many as possible in 45 seconds, 2nd in 30 and 3rd in 45. Hope this helps!
