  • Maybe you need more iron.
  • How old are you? If you are in your teens, this can be normal for some people.
  • Try to do exercise. Your body releases lots of hormones when you're exercising and it keeps for the whole day. I know it cost you time and if you're lazy is worst but really tried. I do so when i cannot stay awake in class. Also drink a lot of water and eat well
  • Apple juice is a better "wake up" than caffiene ... try having a glass of apple juice and a cup of strong espresso, then do some hard fast vigorous exercise to crank your adrenaline ... just sitting in class is hard on the mind but leaves the body doing almost nothing, so exercise is very important.
