  • I sleep on a Tempur-Pedic mattress.
  • WARNING My wife and I purchased a zero gravity bed since we thought we would save a little over the sleep number bed. We purchased this bed just recently in May of 2008. It has been 35 days and we have been trying to return this bed since day 3 of when we received it. It is not nearly as comfortable as the sleep number. We were told to wait 30 days before we could return the bed so they would pay the freight on the 7 boxes be received. We have been calling for 8 days straight, all hours throughout the day, leaving voice messages, emails, etc. No one will answer the phone. The recording says due to high volume, please leave a message. No one has returned the first phone call, sent back any email or anything. We even contacted the comfort aire office in South Carolina which is where the bed actually shipped from even though zero gravity is in Orlando Florida under another name called Innovative Sleep Options. The company in South Carolina says they only ship the beds that I would have to contact zero gravity. Problem is, no one will answer the phone. We have contacted our credit card company, filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and are in the process of contacting the attorney general's office. I am hoping that this business hasn't all of a sudden closed it's doors. Try calling the number they provide on their website and just see if you can even get thru. We are getting our attorney involved to hopefully make some headway with this major headache. My wife and I went Saturday and purchased the sleep number bed which is what I wish I would have done in the first place. It came in yesterday and it was very comfortable last night. I don't generally knock other companies, but please be very careful if you are considering the zero gravity bed. Truly the worst nightmare I've ever had to deal with. Mike Denham Springs, LA
  • Yes, zero gravity bed was never shipped, I paid through Google and am hoping to get my money back. Heed the warning from above.
  • Do your homework! I experienced extremely POOR service from Zero Gravity beds!
  • Do not purchase anything from Zero Garvity beds! The worst customer service I have ever seen!
