Depends on my mood and the type of bagel. I like lox and cream cheese on poppy, cream cheese on raisin, and butter on sesame.

Usually just cream cheese or some kind of flavored cream cheese. One place near here makes a really good chive and cream cheese spread that works well too.

It depends on what kind of bagel it is. If it's anything other than cheese, I put cream cheese on it. If it's cheese (especially asiago cheese), I leave it plain. :) Mmmmm...
