Where can I find out my default router number and my primary DNS number? Its required in order for my PS3 to connect to the internet.

I don't own a PS3, but I would expect that they have a DHCP mode you can turn on. If it does, you won't need the default DNS server and router, because DHCP will supply those addresses.
