If a parent lets her 15 year old daughter drive down the road to the store,and she does not have a license,and has wreck,what happens to the parent?

the parents arent responsible unless they take it on themselves. the young lady will have community service if she cant pay her tickets and her license might be taken away when she gets it or she might not be able to get it until she is 18. she will also have to take defensive driving to keep her insurance down as much as possible.

I would imagine there would be potential for a charge of child neglect.
