Is it fair to ask a question with the rider; "do not answer as you see fit but in the way that I demand"?

I see that a lot. I wouldn't answer a question like that, but I suppose whether it's fair or not is up to the asker.

NOPE, if you wanted an answer from another person, you wouldn't have asked in the first place, If you demand a way to answer,then that puts more strain on the answerererererererer.

Half the questions on here say that, you just can't see it in print.

I'm going to answer as I see fit, and not how you want me to! I can't stand directed questions. Though I have to admit to asking questions on occasion where I expect to see a certain direction of answers. I don't ask "loaded" questions. I'm not a politician.
